Data, purposes and legal basis

When you write or complete a request, the site may process your name, contact details, dates, number of guests, arrival time and message. The data is used to reply, manage pre-contractual steps and, after confirmation, meet contractual and legal obligations. Optional marketing is not performed without separate consent.

Recipients, retention and rights

Data is accessed only by Simona and by technical suppliers needed to operate communication, hosting or payment services. It is kept only for the time needed to answer and for the longer periods required by accounting, public-security or tax law. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may complain to the Italian Data Protection Authority.

The prototype does not use advertising or profiling cookies. It stores one technical preference in your browser only if you choose to load Google Maps. The interactive map is blocked by default; after consent, Google may receive technical data such as IP address, device and browser information according to its own privacy and cookie policies.

You can withdraw the choice by deleting the site data in your browser. Any future analytics, advertising or booking provider must be documented here and, when required, activated only after consent.

The apartment is for exclusive use, is the only guest apartment in the small building, and is on the first floor without a lift. Maximum capacity is four guests; stays range from a minimum of 1 night to a maximum of 28 nights. A double bed and a French-size sofa bed are provided. Pets and unregistered extra guests are not permitted; smoking is permitted only on the terrace.

Check-in is 16:00–20:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Final cleaning costs €35 for 1–2 nights and €50 from 3 nights onward. For stays over one week, a linen or towel change costs €20. The third and fourth guest each cost €15 per night. Simona issues a downloadable receipt with a revenue stamp where required by current law.

To complete before real bookings: base nightly rates, tourist tax, deposits, payment timetable, cancellation and refund rules, complaint procedure, jurisdiction and full business identity. These items are not invented in this prototype.
