Arrival and departure
- Check-in from 16:00 to 20:00; check-out by 10:00.
- Send the registration documents by WhatsApp and agree key delivery with Simona.
- At check-out, turn off lights and appliances and close all windows.
Respect for the home
- No smoking indoors; smoking is permitted only on the terrace.
- No pets and no unregistered extra guests.
- Keep noise low from 22:00 to 08:00 out of respect for neighbours.
Safety and equipment
- The home is fully electric, with no gas. Lock the main door whenever you go out and at night.
- The fire extinguisher is next to the TV in the living room; the first-aid kit is in the bedroom.
- Cleaning products are in the kitchen; extra towels are in the living-room wardrobe.
