Dalmazia is approximately 20 metres from the entrance. Tram T1 reaches Valfonda / Santa Maria Novella in about 12 minutes under normal conditions; the centre is about 25 minutes away on foot.

How do I reach the apartment from Santa Maria Novella?+

Exit toward Via Alamanni, take T1 toward Careggi, get off at Vittorio Emanuele II and walk 2–3 minutes to Via Filippo Corridoni 116. The tram section takes about 12 minutes under normal conditions.

Yes. The apartment is outside Florence’s ZTL. From the motorway or airport follow Viale Guidoni, Via Mariti and Piazza Dalmazia, then Via Filippo Corridoni 116. Never enter a camera-controlled tram lane.

How much does recommended parking cost for three days?+

Firenze Dalmazia Geparkom is a gated car park about 3 minutes away. Its daily maximum is €14,00 for 7–24 hours, so three full days cost €42,00. Opening hours are Monday–Saturday 07:30–20:30 and Sunday 07:30–20:00.

What are the cleaning and extra-guest charges?+

Final cleaning is €35 for a 1–2 night stay and €50 for a longer stay. A linen or towel change for stays over one week costs €20. The third and fourth guest each cost an additional €15 per night.
