Apartment & capacity
Is this a shared apartment?+
No. It is the only guest apartment in the small townhouse-style building, reserved exclusively for you on the first floor.
How many guests can stay?+
Up to 4 guests, using one double bed and one French-size sofa bed, both with toppers. The third and fourth guest each cost €15 extra per night.
Access & practical limits
Is there a lift?+
No. The apartment has no lift and is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility.
Are pets allowed?+
No, pets are not allowed.
Is there a washing machine?+
No, the apartment does not have a washing machine.
Booking & arrival
What are the arrival and departure times?+
Check-in is from 16:00 to 20:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Simona welcomes guests and explains the apartment.
Can luggage be stored?+
Storage before check-in or after check-out may be possible when arranged directly with Simona for the specific stay.
What are the cleaning charges?+
Final cleaning costs €35 for 1–2 nights and €50 for longer stays. A linen or towel change for stays over one week costs €20.
Location, hospitals & university
How far is Tram T1?+
Approximately 20 metres from the main entrance.
How far is Careggi?+
Approximately 10 minutes on foot or 5 minutes / 2 stops by Tram T1.
Which UniFI campus is closest?+
Campus Morgagni is approximately 700 metres / 9 minutes on foot.
Policies & services
What is the minimum and maximum stay?+
Minimum 1 night; maximum 28 nights.
Where can I park?+
Firenze Dalmazia Geparkom is a gated paid car park about 3 minutes away. Street parking rules and prices are explained on the Location page.
Can I receive a receipt?+
Yes. Simona issues a downloadable receipt with a revenue stamp when required by current law.
